Applying ING Home Loan in 3 Simple Steps

  Evaluation

For faster processing, please click and fill up the Online Application Form  to tell us more details about yourself, your property and the loan amount required from ING Home Loan. We will evaluate the following:

  1. Property Location
  2. Property Open Market Value (OMV)
  3. Borrowing Power of Applicant(s)

We will contact you soonest possible once receiving your loan evaluation form. 
 

  Application

We will provide the loan application form for all borrowers to sign upon collection of the supporting documents as specified below:

  1. IC (front & back)
  2. Latest 6 months payslip
  3. Latest 6 months bank statement (reflecting salary credits)
  4. EA Form 2007
  5. Latest EPF statement
  6. Latest loan account statement (for refinancing only)
  7. Sales & Purchase Agreement (relevant pages only)
  8. Property's Land Title

 

  Approval

Please allow up to 5 working days (upon complete documents have been received) for the approval after submission of your loan application. Once the loan application is approved, you have up to 21 days to read through all the terms and conditions written in the Letter of Offer then decide whether you want to accept the offer from ING Home Loan.

Upon acceptance of all terms in the Letter of Offer, we will proceed to instruct the appointed solicitor to prepare the necessary legal documentation. Furthermore, we will instruct the panel valuer to value the property and prepare the valuation report. The loan term commences the month following full drawdown.
